Soccer Saturdays

Saturdays now revolve around swim classes and Zoe's soccer games.  I can't imagine how busy it will be once Maddox starts sports ... eek!  But, let's be honest, what else would I be doing on Saturdays?? Sleeping in?  No...that hasn't happened since 2009.  In all honesty, Saturdays are now my favorite days.  No rush in the mornings and a day filled of watching my kids learn to swim and play sports.  :)
Hustling!

Post soccer treats.  Maddox was really sweaty from playing at the playground.  This poor kid sweats like his dad.
Sweaty hair.
Sweaty hair pushed down.

He Eats!

Maddox has to be the pickiest eater on the face of the earth.  He literally doesn't eat anything other than breakfast (eggs do not count), fruit, yogurt, dessert and his all time favorite - french fries and ketchup.  I now trick him with vegetable juice popsicles.  At least I have one fantastic eater in Zoe...

Well, the other day, I headed out to a restaurant with the kiddos and ordered spaghetti with meat sauce for Maddox.  And he ate it. All. This moment is definitely worth a blog post.

Easter

We took it easy for Easter this year and stayed home pretty much all day.  The kids really wanted to catch the Easter Bunny hiding the eggs and kept checking outside every 10 minutes.  I was finally able to sneak outside in the afternoon when they were in the middle of them watching Frozen and was running around the yard hiding the eggs as quickly as I could.  It was a challenge between having to deal with the dogs trying to eat the eggs and not getting caught!
Yes, his shorts are on backwards. But at least they're on!
