Fresno Trip

Last weekend was Francis' uncle Tom's memorial.  Sadly, sweet and lovable Tom passed away in early February.  I'm sure he would be happy to know that his memorial was more of a celebration of his life. It was very clear that his family and friends were there to celebrate the great man that he was.

It was great to see everyone, I only wish it could have been under different circumstances.

I don't think Zoe and Maddox understood exactly what was happening.  They seemed more interested in eating all the cookies and candy they could get their hands on. They probably consumed more sweets in one day than they have in all the months since Halloween!

Letters

Maddox knows all of his letters already (so proud!) and his new favorite thing is to type them out on my computer. He calls out each letter as he types. So cute!

Girly Things

It's really fun having a little girl to do girly things with.  Don't get me wrong, Zoe can rough it with the boys, she loves to get dirty and climb trees with the best of them. But sometimes it's fun to just get some girl time and get a mani/pedi together.

Daycare Wall Pictures

I had to share the pictures of the kids that daycare has up. They are too cute not to!! Most of these kids have been together for almost 3 years! It will be sad when the older kids all go to different schools in the fall :(

Zoe's First Movie!

The Santa Barbara Film Festival started this past week and turns out they offer free movies for the kids at the Arlington Theater on the weekends! The crowd was lined up around the block a half hour before they opened the doors but we were able to make it in and get great seats.  They even offered free popcorn and soda to everyone!

So excited to see her first movie!  Happy with her popcorn!
